For payment please contact us via email or WhatsApp or download this form to make payment via BACS or PayPal . Payment must be made in advance and it helps if you tell us which method you've used !
If you do not have a printer simply provide the information as per the form below including work needed, payment confirmation, return address, contact email and phone. It also helps if you contact us in advance : ESPECIALLY if you require the EXPRESS Service .....THANKS

SRM UK SERVICE CENTRE
SRM UK provide first class service on SRM Powermeters and SRM Powercontrols. The majority of routine service work is carried out here in the UK with a turnaround time of normally 4-6 working days. We also provide warranty support plus technical advice, SRM fitting, software support and training. We can also supply and fit replacement crank arms and chain rings - if fitting at the same time as we do the service there will be no charge and your powermeter will be calibrated with the new slope

Please note that our service and sales centre will be closed from Thursday 31st October to Friday 15th November. Please send any units for repair after this day. We apologise for any inconvenience. Thanks you.

SRM Diagnostics and 3rd party warranty
£115.00
Diagnostics : Got a problem with your SRM but unsure what it is. This fee will be used as a deposit against work required. We will of course quote before going ahead with any work
Third party warranty : Bought an SRM 2nd hand or from another outlet ? We can help you with this fee covering handling charges to send to and from SRM GmbH. If the unit is not covered by warranty it will be used as a deposit as above
SRM Powermeter battery replacement and recalibration
£150.00
Replacement of SRM powermeter battery / batteries and recalibration. Recalibration is necessary to ensure the unit is working properly and also to ensure accuracy of data.
Please note some SRM powermeters are factory-sealed and we will need to send these to SRM in Germany for service so additional charges will apply

Standard Service
Normal turn round time is 4-6 working days : prices as above
Express Service

We aim for a 24hour turn round time . This supplementary price also includes express return carriage
